• Applicant must be the dependent or spouse of a disabled
  veteran
• Must enroll in an institution in Alabama
• Veteran must have served at least 90 days of continuous
  military service and rated at least 20% disabled, a prisoner of war,
  declared missing in action, or died as a result of active duty
